We operate a fully computerised CRM system called Tesseract. Tesseract records all customer information and logs all service call outs / PPM scheduling and asset management services. The system is the hub that receives information from customers and sends out instructions to our field service engineers. Every action is logged, tracked and stored. With the benefit of recording all of the engineering activity, customised reports are generated that measures our performance against client set KPIs.
